RETURN POLICY

We want to be sure you are satisfied with every purchase from La Di Da. If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, please let us know! Read our return policy carefully to proceed with your return. All returns will be for store credit only.

Merchandise must be returned within 15 days of you receiving your package.

All sale items are FINAL SALE.

We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.

Refunds will be issued in the form of a La Di Da store credit which can be used online or in the store.

Shipping is non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

Items that are not in stock when the order is placed will be placed on backorder for up to 30 days. If the item is not in stock after 30 days, a refund will be issued.

Once you have read the above and would like to return an item, please contact us at ladidagifts@bellsouth.net and we will email you a return form to fill out.
Please include your order number as the subject of the email.
